By posting content on our Services, you grant GameSight a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content in all media. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant such license.

In no event shall GameSight or its directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or costs of replacement services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to the principles of conflicting laws.
